Woodinville Toddler Group Registration for Fall 2008:
We are currently running opening enrollment for the 2008-2009 school year. See the 2008/09 Classes section for current classes and availability. Below you will find all of the steps necessary to enroll in Woodinville Toddler Group. Please follow the directions and complete all forms to register. You can also stop by the WTG facility during current class hours and pick up a registration packet on the entry table if that is more convenient.
- Woodinville Toddler Group Registration Form
- Print & complete the WTG Registration form
- Lake Washington Technical College Registration Form
- Print out two copies of LWTC registration forms
- Print out directions for completing the forms.
- Reservation Fee
- Please make out your one-time, non-refundable, yearly reservation fee of $70.00, payable to WTG.
- A family pays only one reservation fee – including families with twins or a family with different children enrolled in different classes.
- Reservation Fee is prorated for those families joining later in the school year. Joining Winter Quarter = $47. Joining Spring Quarter = $23.
- Self Addressed Envelope
- Please put your current mailing address & a stamp on a white envelope. This will be used to mail the orientation letter to you in the summer.
- Completed Registration
- When all forms are completed along with the reservation fee, please return them to the designated box at the class site or mail to:
